Beyond Health provides psychotherapy, counselling and wellbeing services in South Wales, including in-person and online appointments where available.

The information, articles and resources on this website are provided for general educational purposes. They are not intended to provide a diagnosis, emergency support or personalised medical advice.

Website content should not be treated as a substitute for advice, assessment or treatment from an appropriately qualified professional.

Emergencies and urgent support

Beyond Health does not provide an emergency or crisis-response service through this website, email, telephone messages or online booking forms.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 999 or attend the nearest Accident and Emergency department.

For urgent health advice, contact NHS 111. Samaritans can be contacted free of charge on 116 123 for emotional support.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or appointment request does not guarantee an appointment and does not automatically establish a therapist-client relationship.

Appointments are subject to availability, suitability and confirmation by Beyond Health.

Fees, cancellations and appointments

Fees, payment arrangements, cancellation requirements and appointment conditions will be explained before therapy begins and may also form part of a separate client agreement.

Therapeutic agreement

Clients may receive a separate agreement explaining matters such as confidentiality, boundaries, fees, cancellations, record keeping and online-session arrangements. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Results

Beyond Health cannot guarantee a particular result or outcome. Every person's circumstances and response to therapy are different.

Acceptable website use

You must not:

• Submit false, threatening, abusive or harmful information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
